Spring 2025 Raw Honey
This is a deliciously light floral honey made from the various nectar sources from wildflowers in our area of the deep south US. Bees spend the spring working hard gathering nectar from clover, blackberry, privet, tallow, tulip poplar, and many more spring blooms.
Fall 2025 Raw Honey
This is dark, bold, and rich honey made in the later summer, early fall. The bees gathered nectar from goldenrod, ironweed, and late boneset flowers in our area. This is our favorite honey, you'll definitely taste the difference in the seasons!

Questions Folks Actually Ask
What is raw, unfiltered honey?
Honey that hasn’t been heated, filtered, or messed with. Comes straight from the hive, strained to catch big bits, and jarred. Still has the pollen, enzymes, and other good stuff most big brands take out.
How is it different from the stuff at the store?
Store honey’s often heated and filtered. Sometimes cut with syrup. Ours isn’t. It’s raw, thick, and slow to pour. That’s how you know it’s real.
What are the health benefits?
Raw honey isn’t just sweet. It’s loaded with antioxidants, enzymes, and nutrients processed sugar doesn’t have. Easier on digestion, supports your immune system, and helps calm inflammation. Real food. Not shelf candy.
How do I store it?
Keep it above 75 degrees to prevent crystallization. Doesn’t need a fridge. Over time, it’ll crystallize. That’s normal. Still good. Scoop it out with a spoon or warm it up gently to soften.
