Shipping policy

All honey orders ship UPS Ground unless the shipping cost is above our average shipping cost. In those cases, we may use UPS Ground Saver or USPS to keep costs reasonable.

Balm and soap-only orders ship by the most practical method. We choose based on cost, reliability, and speed.

Orders $35 and up ship free.
Orders under $35 add $5 to cover shipping and packing. For these, we use the cheapest delivery option.

Orders usually ship out Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday.  Excluding holidays.
We pack using optimized packaging with a simple Farmer's Honey logo on the box.

We do not offer international shipping.

If your item is damaged, incorrect, or defective, email support@farmershoney.com. We will replace it or refund you in most cases.

To cancel an order, contact us before it leaves the fulfillment center.

If your tracking shows "delivered" but you can't find it, contact your local UPS with your tracking number.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after the carrier marks them delivered.

Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses will be charged additional shipping to resend.
