That’s crystallization. It’s natural. It means the honey is raw and unfiltered. Warm it gently in a bowl of water to make it pourable again. Don’t microwave it. Or just eat it solid with a spoon, it tastes great and melts easy in coffee or tea.
Do I need to refrigerate this honey?
No. Store at room temperature above 75 degrees in a dry place. It won’t spoil. Raw honey is shelf-stable.
