Refund policy
Breakage is rare, but if something arrives damaged or incorrect, we’ll make it right.
We do not accept returns due to the nature of our products.
If there’s a problem, email support@farmershoney.com within 14 days of delivery. Include your order number and photos of the item and packaging.
Replacements are our standard response.
If a refund is preferred, it will be reviewed case-by-case.
Do not throw anything away.
If UPS requests inspection, you may be asked to hold onto the damaged item and box.
Refunds, if approved, are issued to the original payment method. Allow up to one week for processing.
