This Is My Honey

This honey is not from a partner.

Not imported.

This is raw honey straight from my hives. I bottle honey based on the seasons. This year my first harvest was June 6th, 2026.

My bees have been cooking all year since February hitting the wild nectar blooms in the pastures and woods on my place here.

The bees hit clover, tulip poplar, blackberry, privet, and whatever else was blooming so far this year.

This batch came out much darker than my usual spring honey. It tastes sweet with a slight caramel/maple flavor. It's delicious.

When the honey frames are fully capped with wax, I pull the frames. I run them through the extractor, and strain the honey once to catch the wax debris. Let it settle in a stainless steel honey tank and then jar it by hand.

Each harvest goes in its own batch. No blending.

It's ready to ship, order it now before it's gone.
