What type of honey is this?
Pulled from a mix of wildflowers. Mostly spring bloom: clover, privet, blackberry, tulip poplar, tallow, and whatever else is blooming in the deep southern creek bottoms and pastures around here.
Wildflower Honey is superior because there is no risk of pesticide contamination from chemical sprays when bees work monocrop farms or orchards.
Our bees don't do migratory work, they stay right here year round.
I don’t blend or flavor it. What you’re getting is raw and real, straight from the comb.
If you’re after a named varietal like tupelo or clover, this isn’t that.

Questions Folks Actually Ask
What is raw, unfiltered honey?
Honey that hasn’t been heated, filtered, or messed with. Comes straight from the hive, strained to catch big bits, and jarred. Still has the pollen, enzymes, and other good stuff most big brands take out.
How is it different from the stuff at the store?
Store honey’s often imported, heated, and filtered. Sometimes cut with syrup. Ours isn’t. It’s raw, thick, and slow to pour. That’s how you know it’s real.
What are the health benefits?
Raw honey isn’t just sweet. It’s loaded with antioxidants, enzymes, and nutrients processed sugar doesn’t have. Easier on digestion, supports your immune system, and helps calm inflammation. It's real food.
How do I store it?
Keep it above 75 degrees to prevent crystallization. Doesn’t need a fridge. Over time, it’ll crystallize. That’s normal. Still good. Scoop it out with a spoon or warm it up gently to soften.
