This is chemical free turmeric, grown and harvested in the U.S. by hand.
No sprays. No imports. No warehouse storage.
Most turmeric in stores comes from India. It’s grown cheap, hit with pesticides, and harvested with machines.
After that it’s soaked in bleach or lye to clean it, then heat-treated or irradiated to kill bacteria.
It ships across the world in bulk, sits in warehouses, then gets bagged up months later and called “fresh.”
This didn't go through any of that. We dug it by hand, rinsed it, and let it dry.
Most pieces are whole roots. Some small cuts may be included.
