FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

Do you filter or heat your honey?

Nope. All our honey is raw, unfiltered, and never heated. It comes straight from our hives and gets strained once to pull out wax and bees. That’s it.

Why did my honey turn solid?

That’s what real honey does. It’s called crystallization. It means it’s raw and unprocessed. If you want it pourable again, set the jar in warm water and take your time. Don’t microwave it.

Is your tallow balm greasy?

Not if you use it right. Start small. A little goes a long way. The whipped version soaks in faster. The balm version lasts longer. Both work—pick your texture.

What’s in your balm?

Beef tallow, beeswax, raw honey, olive oil, and real essential oils—plus a few bee ingredients like royal jelly and propolis. No water, no fillers, no preservatives.

Is your soap safe for sensitive skin?

Yes. No fragrance oils, no detergents. Just lye, fats, goat milk, honey, and essential oils. If you’re super reactive, start with Pine—it’s the simplest blend.

What’s the shelf life?

Honey: indefinite.
Balm and soap: 1+ year if stored cool and dry.
Just keep water out of the jars and you’re fine.

Do you offer local pickup?

Not at this time. We ship everything direct from the farm to your door.

How fast do you ship?

Most orders go out in 2–3 business days. If it’s peak harvest or holiday season, it might take a little longer. We pack everything by hand.

What’s your return policy?

If something shows up busted or wrong, we’ll make it right. Just reach out. We don’t do returns on food or skincare once opened.
